Corn Pudding Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can kernel corn
  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • Minced red & green peppers (optional)
  • Sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs
  • Garlic salt (optional)

Mix all corn, muffin mix, sour cream and soft butter. Spoon into a greased 8x8 inch pan. top with peppers and bread crumbs with garlic salt -all optional, and we liked it best without :o) Bake at 375° approximately 40-45 minutes until firm.
